Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Parfait

canola oil 2.6 oz. 1/3 cup
Granny Smith apples, small dice 2.5 lb. 2 qt.
caramel ice cream topping 12 oz. 1 cup
ground cinnamon - 4 tsp.
PHILADELPHIA Cheesecake Batter 4 lb. 2 qt.

Directions

HEAT oil in a saute pan on medium heat. Add apples; cook until lightly caramelized. Drain on paper towels; cool.

COMBINE apples, caramel and cinnamon.

SPOON Cheesecake Batter into pastry bag fitted with large plain tip. Pipe 4 oz. into each serving glass or small mason jar. Top with 1/2 cup apple mixture.
