Ingredients Weights Measures
OSCAR MAYER Bacon 6 lb. + 4 oz. 100 slices
Caribbean jerk seasoning - 1/2 cup
Whole wheat bread slices - 100 slices
KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise 3 lb. + 4 oz. 3-1/4 cups
lettuce leaves 3 lb. + 4 oz. 100 each
tomatoes, sliced 9 lb. + 8 oz. 100 slices


SPRINKLE bacon with jerk seasoning. Place on parchment paper-lined sheet pan. Bake in 375°F-convection oven for 8 minutes. Remove bacon from oven; drain.

FOR each serving: Grill 2 bread slices for about 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Spread each slice with 1/2 Tbsp. of the mayo.

COVER 1 bread slice with 2 lettuce leaves, 2 tomato slices and 2 bacon slices; top with second bread slice. Cut in half to serve.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

For large quantities, bacon can be cooked ahead of time. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator until ready to use.
