Sauce can be used as a basting sauce for slow-cooked meat, or as a dipping sauce or table condiment.
For pulled pork sandwiches, add 1 qt. prepared sauce to 3 lb. shredded cooked pork in shallow half hotel pan; cover. Bake in 350°F-standard oven for 1 hour. Transfer to steam table. Add 1 cup water or broth if mixture becomes too thick. Makes 24 servings, 1 sandwich each.
