PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened 3 lb. 1 loaf
honey 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
carrots, shredded 12 oz. 3 cups
raisins 9 oz. 1-1/2 cups
ground cinnamon - 1-1/2 tsp.
ground nutmeg - 1-1/2 tsp.

Directions

BEAT all ingredients on medium speed of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment until well blended.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours.

SERVE as a spread for toasted bagels, French toast or waffles.
