Ingredients

prepared mashed potatoes 1 lb. + 14 oz. 1 qt.
Cooked and drained ground beef 12 oz. -
eggs 6.8 oz. 4 each
VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread - Feather Shred 5.7 oz. 1-1/3 cups
tomatoes, diced 6.3 oz. 1 cup
scallions, sliced 1.8 oz. 1/2 cup
A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce 2.25 oz. 1/4 cup
all-purpose flour 9 oz. 2 cups

Directions

COMBINE all ingredients, except flour, until well blended. Form into a log about 2 inches in diameter. Roll in plastic wrap; refrigerate until firm.

CUT log into 2-1/2- inch pieces; roll in flour. Fry in 375ºF deep fryer 4 min. or until crisp.
