PHILADELPHIA Cheesecake Batter 4 lb. 2 qt.
large bananas, sliced 2.5 lb. 8 each
sugar 2.3 oz. 1/3 cup

Directions

FOR each serving: Spread 1/2 cup Cheesecake Batter onto bottom of 8-oz. oval rarebit or crème brulee dish. Top with an even layer of banana slices. Sprinkle evenly with 1 tsp. sugar. Ensure rim of the dish is clean.

BROWN the sugar with a torch or place under broiler until top is caramelized. Serve immediately.
