Ingredients

Quick-cooking grits, uncooked 2 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
Boiling water 12 lb. 1-1/2 gal.
VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, Loaf, cubed 3 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
OSCAR MAYER Perfect Pour Bacon Bits 4 oz. 1 cup
black pepper - 1 Tbsp.

Directions

ADD grits gradually to boiling water, stirring until well blended. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until all of the water is absorbed. Reduce heat to low.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook until VELVEETA is melted, stirring frequently.

POUR into 4-inch hotel pan (full recipe only); set in steam table to keep warm.

TIP
Will hold in steam table for 2 hours.
Sprinkle hot grits with KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shreds.
