FOR each serving: Blend 1/4 cup milk, 3 Tbsp. fudge topping, 1-2/3 cups ice cream and 1/3 cup chopped cookies in blender until well blended.
DRIZZLE 2 tsp. of the remaining fudge topping down inside of tall chilled glass. Add shake. Top with 1 Tbsp. whipped topping and 2 mini cookies.
