Ingredients Weights Measures
Mixed greens (romaine and iceberg), torn 2 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/4 gal.
Grilled chicken, sliced 5 lb. 1-1/4 qt.
OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, chopped 10 oz. 1-1/4 cups
blue cheese, crumbled 1 lb. + 4 oz. 1-1/4 qt.
Hard-cooked eggs, each cut into 6 wedges - 20 each
tomatoes, chopped 1 lb. + 4 oz. 1-1/4 qt.
croutons 5 oz. 2-1/2 cups
KRAFT Signature Honey Dijon Dressing 2 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/4 qt.


FOR each serving: Place 1 cup of the greens on serving plate.

TOP with 1/4 cup chicken, 1 Tbsp. bacon, 1/4 cup cheese, 6 egg wedges and 1/4 cup tomatoes. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. croutons.

SERVE with 1/4 cup dressing on the side.
