Country Grilled Lamb Chops

BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce 48 fl oz 1-1/2 qt.
GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard 1 lb. + 2 oz. 1-1/2 cups
fresh mint, chopped - 1/2 cup
lamb rib chops 9 lb. 36 each


MIX first 3 ingredients; pour half over chops in non-reactive pan. Turn to coat both sides of each chop. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Refrigerate remaining sauce for later use.

FOR each serving: Remove 3 chops from marinade. Grill on medium heat 4 to 6 min. on each side or to medium (160ºF) or desired doneness, brushing with about 1/4 cup of the remaining sauce for the last few minutes.
