"Creamed" Cabbage Gratin

Ingredients

savoy cabbage, quartered, cored and thinly sliced 6 lb. 3 gal.
PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, cut into cubes, softened 2 lb. -
KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 lb. + 2 oz. 1 qt.
ground nutmeg - 1 Tbsp.
caraway seed - 1 Tbsp.
fresh chives, finely chopped - 2 Tbsp.

Directions

FOR each serving: Add cabbage to pan of boiling water; blanch 20 sec. Drain cabbage; place in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except chives; mix well.

SPOON about 2 cups cabbage mixture into each of 24 small casserole dishes sprayed with cooking spray (or into 1 casserole dish for trial recipe).

BAKE in 350ºF standard oven 40 min. or until cabbage mixture is heated through and top is lightly browned. Place under broiler; broil until golden brown. Garnish each with 1/4 tsp. chives.
