Creamy Broccoli Soup
3 gal. or 96 servings, 1/2 cup each

onions, chopped 10 oz. 2 cups
butter 4 oz. 1/2 cup
Reduced-sodium chicken broth or stock 6 lb. 3 qt.
milk 6 lb. 3 qt.
KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Loaf, cubed 8 lb. -
frozen chopped broccoli, thawed 8 lb. 1 gal.


SAUTE onion in butter in large stockpot 5 min. or until tender.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook until process cheese is melted and soup just comes to boil, stirring occasionally.

POUR hot soup, in batches, into blender or food processor container; cover. Blend until broccoli is pureed.
