KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise 3 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
KRAFT Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette 24 fl oz 3 cups
green cabbage, chiffionade 3.75 lb. 1-1/2 gal.
jicama, peeled, julienne 1.5 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
scallions, chopped 3.25 oz. 1-1/2 cups
fresh mint leaves - 120 each
fresh cilantro, chopped - 1/4 cup
fresh jalapeƱo peppers, finely chopped 1 oz. 1/4 cup
Shelled pumpkin seeds, toasted 1 oz. 1/4 cup

Directions

WHISK mayo and vinaigrette in large bowl until blended.

ADD next 6 ingredients; mix lightly.

GARNISH with pumpkin seeds.
