Cucumber Sauce
1-3/4 qt.


Ingredients Weights Measures
sour cream 1 lb. + 12 oz. 3-3/4 cups
cucumbers, finely chopped 1 lb. 2-1/2 cups
A.1. Original Sauce 12 oz. 1-1/4 cups


MIX all ingredients until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

SERVE 2-Tbsp. portions of sauce as a topping over each 4- to 6-oz. serving of grilled or broiled lamb chops, pork chops, steaks or chicken breasts.

Store, covered, in refrigerator up to 3 days.
