SPREAD 5 lb. brownie batter onto each lightly greased parchment paper-lined half sheet pan. Top with 1/2 cup caramel bits.
BAKE in 350ºF standard oven 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Cool completely.
CAREFULLY remove brownies from pans and place on cutting board. Spread top of each sheet of brownies with 2 cups warm DELIGHTS. Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Cut into squares.
