Double Chocolate Macadamia Shake

Ingredients

milk 6 lb. + 4 oz. 3-1/4 qt.
vanilla ice cream 28 lb. 5 gal.
chocolate syrup 8 lb. + 10 oz. 3-1/4 qt.
OREO Base Cake 12 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
ground cinnamon 1 oz. 1/4 cup
macadamia nuts, chopped, divided 1 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
whipped topping 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3-1/4 qt.

Directions

FOR each serving: Pour 1/4 cup of the milk into upright milk shake blender cup. Add 1-1/2 cups of the ice cream, 1/4 cup of the chocolate syrup, 2 Tbsp. of the base cake, 1/4 tsp. of the cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. of the macadamia nuts; cover. Blend until smooth.

POUR into 16-oz. tall shake glass; top with 1/4 cup of the whipped topping and additional 1 Tbsp. macadamia nuts.
