Easy Black Bean Dip

 
Yield:
40 servings, 2 Tbsp. each

Ingredients

Ingredients Weights Measures
canned black beans, drained, rinsed 1 lb. + 8 oz. 1 qt.
MIRACLE WHIP Dressing 8 oz. 1 cup
sour cream 8 oz. 1 cup
canned chopped green chiles, drained 6 oz. 2/3 cup
chopped cilantro - 1/4 cup
garlic powder - 2 tsp.
DURKEE Hot Sauce - 1/2 tsp.

Directions

MIX all ingredients until well blended; cover.

REFRIGERATE several hours or overnight until chilled.

SERVE with assorted NABISCO Crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables.
