MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing - -
Plain lowfat yogurt - -
ground cumin - -
salt - -
black pepper - -
Canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed - -
couscous, cooked - -
Red and green bell peppers, chopped - -
red onions, chopped - -
slivered almonds - -
fresh parsley, chopped - -
raisins - -


MIX dressing, yogurt, cumin, salt and black pepper in large bowl until well blended.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.

For a spicier flavor, add 1-1/2 cups DURKEE Hot Sauce (or 1/4 cup for trial recipe).
