"Everything-Bagel" Crusted Salmon

PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, cubed, softened 1.5 lb. -
half-and-half 24 fl oz 3 cups
chervil leaves - 1/4 cup
parsley flakes - 1/4 cup
dried tarragon leaves - 1/4 cup
Crusted Salmon
sesame seed - 1/4 cup
poppy seed - 1/4 cup
dried minced onion - 1/4 cup
dried minced garlic - 1/4 cup
caraway seed - 2 Tbsp.
salt - 2 Tbsp.
skinless salmon fillets (5 oz.) 7.5 lb. 24 each
vegetable oil - 1-1/2 cups
fresh chives, finely chopped - 1/2 cup
"Creamed" Cabbage Gratin - 3 qt.

Directions

SAUCE:
MICROWAVE ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring as needed.

CRUSTED Salmon: Combine first 6 ingredients. Rub 2-1/2 tsp. of the seasoning mixture onto top of each salmon fillet.

HEAT saute pan on medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp. oil for each salmon fillet to be cooked. Place salmon fillets, seasoned-sides down, in pan; cook 2 min. or until seasoning mixture is lightly toasted. Turn salmon; cook 3 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

REHEAT Sauce in microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until hot and bubbly, stirring as needed.

FOR each serving: Mound 1/2 cup "Creamed" Cabbage Gratin onto center of serving plate; top with 1 Crusted Salmon fillet. Drizzle 1/4 cup (2 oz.) sauce around salmon. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. chives.
