SAUCE: MICROWAVE ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring as needed.
CRUSTED Salmon: Combine first 6 ingredients. Rub 2-1/2 tsp. of the seasoning mixture onto top of each salmon fillet.
HEAT saute pan on medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp. oil for each salmon fillet to be cooked. Place salmon fillets, seasoned-sides down, in pan; cook 2 min. or until seasoning mixture is lightly toasted. Turn salmon; cook 3 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
REHEAT Sauce in microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until hot and bubbly, stirring as needed.
FOR each serving: Mound 1/2 cup "Creamed" Cabbage Gratin onto center of serving plate; top with 1 Crusted Salmon fillet. Drizzle 1/4 cup (2 oz.) sauce around salmon. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. chives.
