PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened 12 oz. -
KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce 12 fl oz 1-1/2 cups
25%-less-sodium chicken broth 12 fl oz 1-1/2 cups
lime zest - 2 Tbsp.
fresh lime juice 6 fl oz 3/4 cup
canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 1-1/4 oz. 2 Tbsp.
ground cumin - 1 Tbsp.
Brown Rice Bowl
long-grain brown rice, uncooked 3 lb. 2 qt.
boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, diced 4 lb. + 8 oz. 3 qt.
canned black beans, rinsed 2 lb. + 10 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
red peppers, finely diced 2 lb. + 2-1/2 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
green peppers, finely diced 2 lb. + 2-1/2 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
red onions, finely diced 1 lb. + 2 oz. 3 cups
tomatoes, diced 2 lb. + 4 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
fresh cilantro, chopped 2 oz. 1-1/2 cups

Directions

CREAMY Chipotle Lime Sauce: Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.

BROWN Rice Bowls: Cook rice as directed on package directions. Keep warm.

FOR each serving: Saute 1/2 cup chicken, 1/4 cup each beans, red peppers, green peppers, and 2 Tbsp. onions in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 6 to 8 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is heated through.

SPOON 1 cup cooked rice into serving bowl; top with chicken mixture. Reheat 3 Tbsp. Creamy Chipotle-Lime Sauce; pour over chicken mixture.

TOP with 1/4 cup tomatoes and 1 Tbsp. cilantro.
