Ingredients

strawberries, sliced 2 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
bananas, sliced 2 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt 3 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
OREO Pieces-Medium 1 lb. + 2 oz. 1 qt. + 1/2 cup
BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups

Directions

LAYER 1/4 cup (#16 scoop) each of the strawberries, banana and yogurt in each of 24 (10-oz.) parfait glasses or dessert cups (or 1 parfait glass or dessert cup for trial recipe).

SPRINKLE each with 3 Tbsp. of the OREO Pieces and 1 Tbsp. of the coconut; cover.

REFRIGERATE until ready to serve.

Garnish each parfait with dollop of prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping, strawberry and OREO Cookie.
Cooking Know-How
If holding for longer than 2 hours, use yogurt which contains a stabilizer, such as pectin, to avoid excessive watering at the bottoms of the parfait cups.
