BBQ Cocktail Sauce
KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce 20 oz. 2 cups
Worcestershire sauce 1.2 oz. 2 Tbsp.
prepared horseradish 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
fresh lemon juice 1 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Fried Shrimp
uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined (16/20 ct.) 5 lb. 80 each
salt - 1 tsp.
white cornmeal 5.6 oz. 1 cup

Directions

BBQ Cocktail Sauce: Combine ingredients.

FRIED Shrimp: Working in batches, moisten shrimp with water, sprinkle with salt, then toss in cornmeal until coated.

FRY in 350ºF deep fryer 2 to 3 min. or until cooked through. Drain on paper towels

SERVE 5 shrimp with 2 Tbsp. BBQ Cocktail Sauce.

Variation
Combine salt and cornmeal. Dip shrimp in beaten eggs, then coat in cornmeal mixture. Continue as directed.
