Blueberry pie filling 3 lb. + 12 oz. 2-1/4 qt.
PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed 3 lb. 1 loaf
milk 5 oz. 1/3 cup
Prepared crêpes (7 inch) - 40 each

Directions

MIX pie filling, cream cheese and milk in saucepan; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

SPOON 1/3 cup of the fruit filling down center of each crepe. Roll up and serve.

For large quantities, prepare the filling up to 24 hours ahead of time. Reheat in a double boiler or microwave as needed.
