Gingered Strawberry Mojito

water	64 fl oz 8 fl oz	2 qt. 1 cup
CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix	2.3 oz. -	1 pkg. 2 tsp.
sugar-free ginger ale	192 fl oz 24 fl oz	1-1/2 gal. 3 cups
strawberries, pureed	2 lb. 4 oz.	1 qt. 1/2 cup
fresh mint leaves, finely chopped	- -	1/3 cup 2 tsp.
fresh gingerroot, grated	- -	2-1/2 Tbsp. 1 tsp.

Directions

ADD water to drink mix in large glass or plastic pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved.

STIR in remaining ingredients.

SERVE over ice.

Special Extra

Garnish each filled glass with a small fresh strawberry and mint sprig.

Note

Either fresh or frozen thawed unsweetened strawberries can be used to make this tasty drink.

Make Ahead

Mix all ingredients except ginger ale. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir in ginger ale, then serve over ice.
