TOSS green beans with butter. Spoon 2 cups into each casserole dish.
COMBINE soup, milk and Neufchatel in saucepan. Cook on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring until well blended. Pour about 4 oz. over beans in each dish; stir to coat beans. Top with 1/3 cup stuffing mix.
BAKE in 450ºF convection oven 5 min. or until crumbs are golden brown.
