fresh green beans, trimmed, cut, blanched 8 lb. 2 gal.
butter, melted 4 oz. 1/2 cup
canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 2.5 lb. 1 qt.
fat-free milk 16 oz. 2 cups
PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese 8 oz. -
STOVE TOP Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix, Flex Prep 12 oz. 1 qt. + 1-1/3 cups

Directions

TOSS green beans with butter. Spoon 2 cups into each casserole dish.

COMBINE soup, milk and Neufchatel in saucepan. Cook on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring until well blended. Pour about 4 oz. over beans in each dish; stir to coat beans. Top with 1/3 cup stuffing mix.

BAKE in 450ºF convection oven 5 min. or until crumbs are golden brown.
