PHILADELPHIA Cheesecake Batter, divided 18 lb. 6 pouches
graham cracker crusts (9-inch) - 12 each
mint extract - 36 drops
green food coloring - 30 drops
PHILADELPHIA DELIGHTS Dark Chocolate 3.75 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
Prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping - 3 qt.
green maraschino cherries, chopped 1 lb. 2 cups
mint sprigs - 96 sprigs

Directions

SCALE 1 lb. cheesecake batter into each crust. Pour remaining batter into bowl. Stir in extract and food coloring. Swirl 8 oz. green batter into each filled pie crust.

BAKE in 300ºF standard oven 30 to 35 min. or until centers are almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate.

FOR each serving: Cut each pie into 8 wedges.

HEAT Philly Delights until pourable. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. chocolate onto serving plate; top with 1 cheesecake slice. Garnish with 2 Tbsp. whipped topping, 1 tsp. cherries and 1 mint sprig.
