KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3 cups
chipotle hot pepper sauce - 4-1/2 tsp.
boneless skinless chicken breasts 5 lb. + 4 oz. -
pocketless pita breads (6 inch) - 48 each
Havarti cheese slices (1/2 oz. each) 1 lb. + 8 oz. 48 each
romaine lettuce, shredded 1 lb. + 2 oz. 3 qt.
tomatoes, medium dice 1 lb. + 14 oz. 1-1/2 qt.

Directions

MIX mayonnaise and pepper sauce.

GRILL chicken 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Cut into thin slices.

FOR each serving: Warm 2 pita breads on grill. Spread 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise mixture onto 1 pita; top with 1 cheese slice, about 3 oz. chicken, 1/2 cup lettuce and 1/4 cup tomatoes. Top with additional 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise mixture, second cheese slice and second pita.
