Hawaiian BBQ Sauce
KRAFT Thick & Spicy Barbecue Sauce 20 oz. 2 cups
canned crushed pineapple, undrained 5.8 oz. 2/3 cup
teriyaki sauce 5 oz. 1/2 cup
ground ginger - 1-1/2 tsp.
Chinese five-spice powder - 1/2 tsp.
Ham & Pineapple Salsa
fresh pineapple, diced 2.5 lb. 2 qt.
ham, small dice 2 lb. 2 qt.
fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tsp.
Mahi-Mahi
mahi-mahi fillets (5 oz.) 5 lb. 16 each
canola oil 8 oz. 1 cup

Directions

HAWAIIAN BBQ Sauce: Combine ingredients in saucepan. Bring to simmer on medium heat. Cook 20 min., stirring occasionally. Cool. Refrigerate until ready to use.

HAM & Pineapple Salsa: Combine ingredients.

MAHI-MAHI:
BRUSH 1 fillet with 1 Tbsp. oil. Grill on high heat 3 to 5 min., rotating halfway to form diamond grill marks. Turn fish over; place on sizzle platter. Brush with 2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce.

BAKE in 450ºF convection oven 5 to 7 min. or until fish flakes easily.

SERVE 1 fillet with 1 cup Ham & Pineapple Salsa.
