peach preserves 2.8 oz. 1/4 cup
chili flakes - 2 Tbsp.
Grilled Peach Relish
peaches, pitted, grilled and diced 2 lb. + 13 oz. 2 qt.
PLANTERS Pecan Halves, chopped 7 oz. 2 cups
molasses 3.8 oz. 1/3 cup
curly-leaf parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp.
chili flakes - 4 tsp.
salt - 2 tsp.
Grilled Pork Tenderloin
pork tenderloins, trimmed of fat and silverskin, cut into 5-oz. portions 5 lb. -
canola oil 8 oz. 1 cup


SPICY Georgia BBQ Sauce: Simmer ingredients in saucepan on low heat until heated through.

GRILLED Peach Relish: Combine ingredients.

GRILLED Pork Tenderloin: Brush each portion of meat with 1 Tbsp. oil. Grill on high heat 15 min. or until almost done, turning to cook all sides. Brush with 2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce. Continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 145ºF. Let rest 5 min.

SERVE whole or sliced with 1/2 cup Grilled Peach Relish.
