KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise 8 oz. 1 cup
lemon zest 1.5 oz. 1/2 cup
extra virgin olive oil, divided 5.3 fl oz 2/3 cup
skinless salmon fillets (8 oz.) 8 lb. 16 each
salt - 2 tsp.
caraway rye bread slices - 32 slices
OSCAR MAYER 18-22 Slice Count Raw Bacon Flat Pak, cooked 1 lb. + 9 oz. 32 slices
romaine lettuce leaves - 16 each
beefsteak tomato slices 1.5 lb. 48 slices

Directions

MIX mayo and lemon zest until blended.

FOR each serving: Brush 1 tsp. oil evenly onto both sides of 1 fish fillet; season with 1/8 tsp. salt. Grill 5 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.

BRUSH 1 side of each of 2 bread slices with 1/2 tsp. of the remaining oil. Place, oiled side-down on grill; cook until toasted. Remove from grill. Spread untoasted sides evenly with 1 Tbsp. mayo mixture. Fill with 2 bacon slices, 1 fish fillet, 3 tomato slices and 1 lettuce leaf to make sandwich.
