ground lamb patties (5 oz. each) 7 lb. + 8 oz. 24 each
salt and pepper - to taste
crumbled goat cheese 12 oz. 1-1/2 cup
A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, divided 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3 cups
kaiser rolls, split, toasted 3 lb. + 12 oz. 24 each
shredded iceburg lettuce 12 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
tzatziki cucumber sauce 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices 1 lb. + 8 oz. 8 each
red onions, sliced, separated into rings 6 oz. 48 each
fresh oregano, chopped 1 oz. 1/2 cup

Directions

FOR each serving: Season 1 lamb patty with salt and pepper. Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or to medium (160ºF), or desired doneness, topping with 1 Tbsp. (1/2 oz.) cheese for the last minute.

SPREAD 1/2 Tbsp. steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with 1/4 cup lettuce, 1 Tbsp. cucumber sauce, 2 tomato slices, about 2 onion rings, 1 tsp. oregano, lamb patty and 1-1/2 Tbsp. of the remaining steak sauce. Cover with top of roll.
