FOR each serving: Season 1 lamb patty with salt and pepper. Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or to medium (160ºF), or desired doneness, topping with 1 Tbsp. (1/2 oz.) cheese for the last minute.
SPREAD 1/2 Tbsp. steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with 1/4 cup lettuce, 1 Tbsp. cucumber sauce, 2 tomato slices, about 2 onion rings, 1 tsp. oregano, lamb patty and 1-1/2 Tbsp. of the remaining steak sauce. Cover with top of roll.
