80% lean ground beef patties (6 oz. each) 9 lb. 24 each
peppered ham slices (3/4 oz. each) 2 lb. + 4 oz. 48 slices
A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce 1 lb. + 2 oz. 2-1/4 cups
kaiser rolls, split, toasted 4 lb. + 8 oz. 24 each
fresh pineapples, each cut into 16 slices, grilled 4 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/2 each
red onions, each cut crosswise into 6 slices, grilled 1 lb. 4 each

Directions

FOR each serving: Grill 1 beef patty on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or to medium (160ºF), or desired doneness. Meanwhile, grill 2 ham slices 1 min. on each side or until heated through.

SPREAD 1/2 Tbsp. steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with burger, 2 ham slices, 1 each pineapple slice and onion slice, and 1 Tbsp. of the remaining steak sauce. Cover with top of roll.

Pineapple and onion slices can be grilled ahead of time. Store in refrigerator up to 24 hours before reheating in oven and using as directed.
