FOR each serving: Spread cut sides of roll with 2 Tbsp. of the mayo. Cover bottom half of roll with 1 packet of meat trio, 1 oz. cheese, 3 pepper rings, 2 onion slices, 2 Tbsp. artichokes and 1 Tbsp. olives. Cover with top of roll.
WRAP individually in plastic wrap.
REFRIGERATE until ready to serve.
