Honey Dijon-Lime Chicken

GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3 cups
lime zest - 2 Tbsp.
fresh lime juice 6 fl oz 3/4 cup
honey 4-1/2 oz. 6 Tbsp.
soy sauce 3 fl oz 6 Tbsp.
minced fresh garlic - 2 Tbsp.
boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 oz. each) 9 lb. 24 each


MIX all ingredients except chicken. Reserve 2-1/4 cups of the sauce to serve with the cooked chicken (or reserve 3 Tbsp. of the sauce for trial recipe).

GRILL chicken on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), brushing with remaining sauce the last 2 min. Meanwhile, heat reserved sauce.

SERVE each chicken breast topped with 1-1/2 Tbsp. of the reserved sauce.
