chicken wings 7 lb. + 2 oz. 9-1/2 doz.
GOOD SEASONS Ranch Dry Mix Salad Dressing 3.35 oz. 1 pkg.
honey 19.5 oz. 1-1/2 cups + 2 Tbsp.
GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard 6.5 oz. 3/4 cup + 1 Tbsp.
KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise 26 oz. 3-1/4 cups
Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce) - 1-3/4 tsp.

Directions

PLACE chicken in single layer in parchment paper-lined full-sheet pans (or in lined half-sheet pan for trial recipe). Bake in 325ºF convection oven 15 min. or until done. Cool; refrigerate until ready to serve.

MEANWHILE, whisk remaining ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

FOR each serving: Heat oil in deep fryer to 350ºF. Add 6 wings; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Drain wings; toss with 1/3 cup sauce.
