Honey Dijon Salad Dressing

red wine vinegar 1 lb. + 12 oz. 3-1/3 cups
honey 1 lb. + 12 oz. 2-1/2 cups
GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard 10 oz. 1-1/4 cups
onions, finely chopped 3 oz. 2/3 cup
extra virgin olive oil 5 lb. 2-1/2 qt.

pepper - -


MIX vinegar, honey, mustard and onions until well blended. Gradually add oil, whisking until well blended. Season with salt and pepper; cover.

REFRIGERATE until ready to serve.

STIR before serving.
