Honey-Dijon Salmon with Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients

GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard 6 oz. 1/2 cup
honey 2.5 oz. 1/4 cup
broccoli florets, blanched 3 lb. 2 qt.
cauliflower florets, blanched 3 lb. 2 qt.
carrot, diagonally cut, blanched 1.5 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
salmon fillets 6 lb. 24 each
CAPRI SUN 100% Juice Fruit Punch 9 lb. 24 pouches

Directions

MIX mustard and honey. Combine vegetables.

FOR each serving: Place 1 fish fillet in parchment-lined sheet pan. Bake 10 min. or until fish flakes easily wth fork, brushing with 1-1/2 tsp. of the mustard mixture after 8 min. Place on plate.

ADD about 3/4 cup vegetables. Serve with 1 fruit punch.
