Horseradish Sauce with A.1.®

PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened 3 lb. 1 loaf
sour cream 3 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
A.1. Original Steak Sauce 1 lb. + 2 oz. 2 cups
prepared horseradish 9 oz. 1 cup

Directions

PLACE cream cheese and sour cream in bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Beat until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.

SERVE 1/4-cup portions over each 4- to 6-oz. portion of cooked steak, sliced roast beef, pot roast, burgers, roast beef sandwiches and wraps.

TIP
Serve as a dip for vegetable crudites, allowing 2 Tbsp. sauce per each 4-oz. portion of vegetable dippers.
Sauce can be stored, covered, in refrigerator up to 3 days.
