Sauce can be used as a basting sauce for grilled fish, chicken, duck or pork.
To serve as a wrap sandwich, heat 3 lb. sliced cooked chicken or pork with 1 qt. prepared sauce. For each serving, spoon 4 oz. of the meat mixture down center of large flour tortilla; top with lettuce and chopped bell peppers. Roll up, folding in sides of tortilla as tortilla is rolled up to completely enclose filling. Makes 12 servings, 1 wrap each.
