MEATLOAF: MIX 3 cups stuffing (or 1-1/2 cups stuffing for trial recipe) with remaining ingredients. Press 10 oz. meat mixture onto bottom of each of 4 (9x5-inch) loaf pans (or onto bottom of each of 2 loaf pans for trial recipe); top each with 1/2 cup of the remaining stuffing. Repeat layers. Cover ingredients in each pan with 10 oz. of the remaining meat mixture.
BAKE in 350ºF standard oven 40 to 45 min. or until done (165ºF). Cut each loaf into 8 (1-inch thick) slices to serve.
SAUCE: COOK ingredients in saucepan on low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
FOR each serving: Spoon 2 Tbsp. Sauce into ramekin. Serve with 1 meatloaf slice.
