Leek-Stuffed Bistro Salmon Fillets

Ingredients Weights Measures
leeks, white parts only, cut into thin 4-inch strips 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3 qt.
STOVE TOP Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix, Flex Prep 8 oz. 2-2/3 cups
GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3 cups
salmon fillets (6 oz. each) 18 lb. 48 each


TOSS leeks and stuffing until well blended. Add sauce; mix well.

PLACE 24 fillets on each of 2 parchment lined full sheet pans. (Or, use 1 parchment lined half sheet pan for trial recipe.) Top each fillet with about 2 Tbsp. of the leek mixture.

BAKE in 300°F-convection oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

To ensure even baking and browning of foods baked in convection ovens, carefully rotate baking pans 180° halfway through the baking time.
