Maraschino Cherry Waffles with Chocolate Cream-Filled Cookies

prepared waffle batter 72 fl oz 2-1/4 qt.
maraschino cherries, drained, stems removed 9 oz. 48 each
chocolate syrup 12 fl oz 1-1/2 cups
vanilla ice cream (# 20 scoops) 2 lb. + 10 oz. 24 each
cherry dessert topping 24 fl oz 3 cups
OREO Crème Icing Variegate 3 oz. 1/2 cup
OREO Pieces-Small 3 oz. 1/2 cup

Directions

USE pulsing action to process waffle batter and cherries in food processor until cherries are finely chopped.

FOR 2 servings: Cook 1 Belgian waffle, using 3/4 cup batter; cut into quarters. Drizzle rim of each of 2 serving plates with 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup. Shingle 2 waffle quarters on center of each plate; top with 1 scoop ice cream. Drizzle each with 2 Tbsp. cherry topping, then sprinkle with 1 tsp. each Infusions and OREO Pieces.
