KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise 2 lb. + 5 oz. 4-2/3 cups
roasted garlic paste 8 oz. 1 cup
tomato-flavored flour tortillas (12 inch) - 25 each
dried oregano leaves - 1/4 cup
romaine lettuce, shredded 1 lb. + 8 oz. 1 gal.
OSCAR MAYER Ham Stacks Ham and Water Product Slice 9 lb. + 6 oz. 150 slices
cucumbers, sliced 1 lb. + 8 oz. 6-1/4 cups
roasted red peppers, cut into strips 3 lb. + 4 oz. 3 qt.

Directions

MIX mayo and garlic until well blended; cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

FOR each serving: Spread 1 tortilla with 3 Tbsp. of the mayo mixture to within 1 inch of edge of tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. oregano; top with 1 cup lettuce, 6 ham slices, 1/4 cup cucumbers and 1/2 cup peppers. Fold up bottom of tortilla, then fold over sides. Roll up.

TIP
For more Mediterranean flavor, prepare as directed, using basil or spinach-flavored flour tortillas.
If tortillas are slightly dry, microwave tortillas for 5 to 10 seconds or until softened. This will help to prevent the tortillas from cracking when they are rolled up.
To roast fresh garlic, cut tops of heads off, then place upright in roasting pan. Drizzle each head with about 1 Tbsp. olive oil; cover with foil. Roast in 350°F-convection oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until insides of heads are completely softened. Cool completely before using.
