Crab Salad
fresh lime juice - -

cooked jumbo lump crab - -
celery, fine dice - -
fresh mint, chopped - -
OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon, cooked, crumbled - -
sesame seed, toasted - -
mini whole wheat dinner rolls (2-1/2 inch), split - -
avocados, cut into 24 slices each - -


HONEY-LIME Aioli: Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.

CRAB Salad: Mix lime juice and mustard in large bowl until well blended. Toss with remaining salad ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.

FOR each serving: Place 1 avocado slice on bottom half of each of 2 rolls; cover each with 1/4 cup Crab Salad. Spread about 2 tsp. Honey-Lime Aioli onto cut side of top half of each roll; place on sandwich.
