Mini Crab Salad Sandwiches with Honey-Lime Aioli

Honey-Lime Aioli
KRAFT MAYO Light Mayonnaise 8 oz. 1 cup
minced garlic 1 oz. 1/4 cup
lime zest - 2 Tbsp.
honey 1 oz. 4 tsp.
ground red pepper (cayenne) - 1 tsp.
Crab Salad
fresh lime juice 8 fl oz 1 cup
GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard 3 oz. 1/4 cup
cooked jumbo lump crab 1 lb. + 8 oz. 1 qt.
celery, fine dice 6 oz. 1-1/3 cups
fresh mint, chopped - 1/4 cup
OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon, cooked, crumbled 1 oz. 1/4 cup
sesame seed, toasted - 2 Tbsp.
mini whole wheat dinner rolls (2-1/2 inch), split 1 lb. + 14 oz. 24 each
avocados, cut into 24 slices each 6 oz. 1 each


HONEY-LIME Aioli: Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.

CRAB Salad: Mix lime juice and mustard in large bowl until well blended. Toss with remaining salad ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.

FOR each serving: Place 1 avocado slice on bottom half of each of 2 rolls; cover each with 1/4 cup Crab Salad. Spread about 2 tsp. Honey-Lime Aioli onto cut side of top half of each roll; place on sandwich.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a side salad. Mix additional lime juice and Dijon mustard; toss with frisee lettuce, baby arugula and pomegranate seeds.
