FOR each serving: Prepare 1 pouch Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package.
MEANWHILE, cut 1 frank lengthwise in half to within 1 inch of ends. Roll frank one-quarter turn and make second identical cut. (This will form the 4 legs of the octopus.) Cut each leg lengthwise in half, starting about 1 inch from the uncut end, making 8 legs in total. Poke 2 holes into frank for the octopus' eyes.
SPOON macaroni and cheese into serving bowl; top with frank.
