Minted Chutney-Turkey Burger

ground turkey patties (5 oz. each) 7 lb. + 8 oz. 24 each
salt and pepper - to taste
Havarti cheese, sliced (1/2 oz. each) 12 oz. 24 slices
A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, divided 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3 cups
kaiser rolls, split, toasted 3 lb. + 12 oz. 24 each
leaf lettuce 6 oz. 24 each
mango chutney 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3 cups
fresh mint 1 oz. 1/2 cup
red onions. sliced, separated into rings 6 oz. 48 each

Directions

FOR each serving: Season 1 turkey patty with salt and pepper. Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or to medium (160ºF), or desired doneness, topping with 1 cheese slice the last minute.

SPREAD 1/2 Tbsp. steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 Tbsp. chutney, 1 tsp. mint, 2 onion rings, 1 burger and 1-1/2 Tbsp. of the remaining steak sauce. Cover with top of roll.
