MIX beef, garlic powder and 1/2 cup dressing (or 1/4 cup dressing for trial recipe) just until blended. Shape into 16 (4 oz.) patties (or into 8 patties for trial recipe).
COMBINE remaining dressing with all remaining ingredients, except buns.
GRILL burgers on medium heat 5 to 6 min. on each side or until desired doneness.
FILL each bun with 1 burger and about 3 oz. slaw mix.
