Miso Salmon
skinless salmon fillets 4 lb. 16 each
miso soybean paste 3.2 oz. 1/3 cup
black sesame seeds 1.7 oz. 1/3 cup
Ramen Salad
ramen noodles, cooked without packaged seasoning mix 3 lb. 3 qt.
napa cabbage, thinly sliced 1.25 lb. 2 qt.
bok choy cabbage, thinly sliced 10 oz. 1 qt.
pea pods, blanched, bias cut 5.6 oz. 1 cup
radishes, julienne cut 4 oz. 1 cup
daikon radish, julienne cut 4 oz. 1 cup
celery, peeled, bias cut 3.5 oz. 1 cup
red bell peppers, julienne cut 3.25 oz. 1 cup
KRAFT Oriental Sesame Dressing 32 fl oz 1 qt.
Garnish
fresh cilantro sprigs - 1 cup
sesame sticks 4 oz. 1 cup

Directions

MISO Salmon: Place fish in parchment-lined sheet pan. Bake in 425ºF standard oven 10 min. Brush each fillet with 1 tsp. miso paste, then sprinkle with 1 tsp. sesame seeds. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until fish is desired doneness.

RAMEN Salad: Combine ingredients.

FOR each serving: Spoon 1-3/4 cups Ramen Salad onto plate; top with 1 Miso Salmon fillet and 1 Tbsp. each cilantro and sesame sticks.
