ground ginger - -


MIX all ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

STORE in tightly covered container in refrigerator until ready to use.

If you prefer to use minced fresh garlic and/or gingerroot, use half the amount of their dried counterparts.
